Serious inquiries almost always include some version of the following. The more you can share upfront, the faster we can give you a real answer instead of a back-and-forth email chain.

  • Quantity range — even a rough estimate helps (50, 200, 1,000+ units)
  • Target market — country and customer type (retail, online, wholesale resale)

Our Standard Process

  1. Initial inquiry — you reach out via the form, email, or WhatsApp
  2. Quotation within 24 hours — pricing based on quantity, materials, customization
  3. Sample production (7–14 days) — we make a sample to your specifications
  4. Sample shipped — DHL or FedEx, you cover shipping
  5. Approval & bulk order — once you approve, we begin production
  6. Bulk production (30–45 days) — depending on order size and complexity
  7. Inspection & shipping — every piece QC’d before it leaves the workshop

Minimum Order Quantities

MOQs vary by category. As a general guide:

  • Leather jackets & garments: 30–50 pieces per style
  • Lederhosen: 25–50 pieces per style
  • Work & safety gloves: 500+ pairs
  • Sports gloves: 100–300 pairs depending on type

For first-time customers we can sometimes accommodate smaller test orders. Ask.

Payment & Shipping

  • Payment terms: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% before shipping. Bank transfer, Payoneer, or Wise.
  • Shipping: DHL, FedEx, or sea freight depending on order size and urgency. We can quote door-to-door.
  • Incoterms: FOB Karachi standard. EXW or CIF available on request.
