Manufacturing Capabilities

What we can produce, in what volumes, with what materials, to what standards. This page exists so serious buyers don’t have to ask the same questions over email.

Workshop & Location

Our manufacturing facility is based in Sialkot, Pakistan — the city that produces a significant share of the world’s leather sporting goods, gloves, and apparel. We’ve been operating in this workshop for over a decade, with established relationships with local tanneries, hardware suppliers, and finishing specialists.

Production Capacity

  • Leather garments: approximately 2,000–3,000 pieces per month
  • Lederhosen & Bavarian wear: approximately 1,500 pieces per month
  • Work & safety gloves: approximately 15,000–20,000 pairs per month
  • Sports gloves: approximately 8,000–10,000 pairs per month

Capacity scales up for committed orders with longer lead times. For very large orders we can also coordinate with partner workshops in Sialkot’s manufacturing cluster.

Materials We Work With

Leather

  • Cowhide — most common for jackets, blazers, and durable goods
  • Lambskin — soft, lightweight, premium garments
  • Sheepskin (nappa) — supple feel, common in fashion garments
  • Goatskin — strong yet soft, often used in gloves and lighter jackets
  • Deerskin — premium, used in higher-end lederhosen and gloves
  • Suede & nubuck finishes — available across most hide types

Linings & Components

  • Polyester, viscose, satin, quilted, or cotton linings
  • Sherpa, faux fur, and Thinsulate for winter goods
  • YKK and SBS zippers (or buyer-specified hardware)
  • Custom buttons, snaps, rivets, and labels

Quality Control

Every order goes through a three-stage QC process before it ships:

  1. Material inspection — hides and components checked for defects before cutting
  2. In-process check — random pieces inspected during stitching
  3. Pre-shipment inspection — every finished piece reviewed for stitching, hardware, sizing, and finish

Buyers are welcome to arrange third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) before shipment. We’ve worked with all three.

Customization & Private Label

  • Brand labels — woven, leather, or printed labels to your design
  • Hangtags & care labels — produced in-house or to your supplied artwork
  • Custom packaging — polybags, tissue paper, branded boxes
  • Pattern modification — fit adjustments, size grading to your market
  • Color matching — Pantone-based color matching for leather and fabrics

Lead Times

  • Sample production: 7–14 days from confirmed specifications
  • Bulk production (small order, <200 units): 25–35 days
  • Bulk production (medium order, 200–1,000 units): 35–45 days
  • Bulk production (large order, 1,000+ units): 45–60 days
  • Re-orders of approved samples: typically 5–10 days faster than first orders

Compliance & Standards

For protective gloves, we manufacture to common international standards including EN 388 (cut/abrasion resistance), EN 511 (cold protection), and EN 407 (heat/flame resistance) where required. Test certificates can be arranged for buyers who need them for import compliance.

For garments, we comply with REACH regulations on restricted substances when manufacturing for the EU market. Documentation provided on request.
