   finished tech packs all work
2. We respond with a quote — pricing per unit at different volume tiers,
   materials options, and timeline
3. Sample development (7–14 days) — we produce a sample to your spec,
   including your label and packaging
4. Sample shipped for approval — DHL or FedEx, typically arriving in 3–5 days
5. Revisions if needed — usually one or two rounds of tweaks before approval
6. Bulk production begins — once you confirm and pay 30% deposit
7. Pre-shipment inspection — we send photos/video; you can also arrange
   third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek)
8. Final payment & ship — 70% balance, then goods leave our workshop

We sign NDAs as a matter of routine. Your designs, label artwork, and supplier
relationship with us stay confidential. We don’t display private-label work in
our portfolio without explicit permission, and we don’t sell your designs to
other buyers. The patterns we develop for you remain yours.

Private label leather production costs more per unit than buying our generic
catalog products — there’s setup work for labels, packaging, and pattern
adjustments. But the per-unit gap shrinks fast at higher volumes:

How long does a typical private label order take?

About 7–14 days for the sample, then 30–45 days for bulk production once the
sample is approved. Re-orders of approved samples ship 5–10 days faster.

Can I visit the workshop before placing a private label order?

Yes — buyers are welcome to visit our Sialkot workshop. We can also do a live
