Our Standard Wholesale Order Process
1. Initial Inquiry
Send your requirements through email, WhatsApp, or the contact form. Include the product type, approximate quantity, destination country, reference images, and customization details.
2. Quotation
After reviewing the information, our team prepares pricing based on the quantity, leather type, construction, accessories, branding, packaging, and other requested specifications.
Complete inquiries are normally easier to review and quote within 24 working hours.
3. Sample Production
A sample is developed according to the agreed product specifications. Standard sample development generally takes approximately 7–14 working days, depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of the required materials.
4. Sample Shipment
The completed sample can be shipped through DHL or FedEx. The buyer normally covers the sample delivery cost.
Once received, you can inspect the leather, measurements, fit, stitching, hardware, lining, colour, branding, and overall workmanship.
5. Sample Approval and Bulk Order
After the sample is approved, the final specifications, quantities, size breakdown, payment terms, labels, packaging, and delivery requirements are confirmed.
If changes are required, they should be communicated clearly before bulk production begins.
6. Bulk Production
Bulk manufacturing usually takes approximately 30–45 days, depending on the product category, order size, design complexity, materials, and production schedule.
The order moves through material preparation, cutting, stitching, assembly, finishing, branding, inspection, and packing.
7. Inspection and Shipping
Every order is checked before leaving the workshop. Inspection may include measurements, stitching, colour consistency, hardware performance, logo placement, finishing, labels, and packaging.
After inspection, the order is prepared for courier, air freight, or sea freight according to the agreed shipping method.
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities vary according to the product, material, construction, and customization requirements. The following figures provide a general guide:
Leather jackets and garments: approximately 30–50 pieces per style.
Lederhosen: approximately 25–50 pieces per style.
Work and safety gloves: generally 500 pairs or more.
Sports gloves: approximately 100–300 pairs, depending on the glove type and customization.
Smaller test orders may sometimes be considered for first-time customers. Approval depends on the product design, available materials, branding requirements, and production feasibility.
Samples for Product Evaluation
A sample allows you to evaluate the product before placing a larger order. It can be used to check the fit, measurements, leather quality, stitching, colour, lining, closures, hardware, labels, and packaging.
To request a sample, send your reference image or technical pack together with the required size, material, colour, logo details, and destination address.
Clear sample feedback is important. When requesting revisions, mention every required change in one message and include photographs or marked measurement sheets where possible.
Payment and Shipping
Standard payment terms are a 30% deposit after order confirmation and the remaining 70% before shipment. Available payment methods may include bank transfer, Payoneer, or Wise.
Shipping can be arranged through DHL, FedEx, air cargo, or sea freight, depending on the order size, destination, cost, and urgency. Door-to-door shipping quotations may also be discussed according to the destination.
Our standard shipping term is FOB Karachi. EXW or CIF arrangements may be available upon request and agreement.
